Knitting Calculator
Read full descriptionHide full description
Knitting Calculator is a free tool for knitting and crochet. Calculations work offline, with no account or in-app purchases. Gauge calculator Enter a measured sample length and stitch or row count, then enter your target length. See the gauge, exact count, and a nearest-whole-stitch recommendation. The result also reminds you to account for pattern repeats and edge stitches. Even increases and decreases Plan evenly spaced increases or decreases for one row, or across several rows. Start with a concise result, then open neutral knitting or crochet steps when you need them. Copy or share a calculation as text. Shoulder short rows Plan shoulder shaping with wrap-and-turn short rows. Full shoulder instructions are available in English, Traditional Chinese and Italian; in other app languages, instructions use English. Your current drafts and unit preference stay on your device. Calculations work without an internet connection. A small, non-personalized banner appears only on Home. Calculations remain available if an ad cannot load. Google AdMob may process device identifiers, advertising interactions and diagnostic data as described in the privacy policy. Applicable privacy choices are available through Google UMP. Need to manage projects, counters, yarn, patterns, and a knitting journal? KnitNote is a separate project-management app from the same team.

Strikketeller's advantage is ads (none vs shown). On price, device support and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.
