Whether you are a beginner exploring Lagree for the first time or an advanced practitioner looking to push your limits, LagreeOD provides everything you need to transform your workouts. What is Lagree Fitness? Lagree Fitness is a low-impact, high-intensity, full-body workout method created by Sebastien Lagree. It combines the principles of strength training, cardio, endurance, balance, and flexibility into one efficient workout. Unlike traditional workouts that may be high-impact or focus on just one area, Lagree is performed on specially designed equipment, which includes the following: Micro (microformer), Mini, Mini Pro (Miniformer), Mega Pro (Megaformer). This allows for slow, controlled movements that keep muscles under constant tension — leading to quick, effective results without putting stress on your joints. What you’ll get with the LagreeOD app: • On-demand classes – Stream a wide range of Lagree workouts anytime, anywhere, all guided by certified Lagree instructors. • Comprehensive exercise library – Explore detailed breakdowns of every Lagree exercise with video demonstrations to ensure proper form and maximize results. • Structured courses – Progress step by step with carefully designed courses that help you learn, improve, and master Lagree at your own pace. • Ask Sebastien Lagree – Connect directly with the creator of the Lagree Method through in-app messaging, ask questions, and get insights straight from the source. • Watch Later – Save any class, exercise, or course to your personal list so you never miss a workout. • Watch History – Quickly pick up where you left off or revisit your favorite sessions with your full viewing history. • Playlists – Create custom playlists of classes and exercises to match your routine, mood, or weekly training plan. Benefits of training with the LagreeOD app: • Train anytime, anywhere with instant access to hundreds of classes. • Build long, lean muscles while protecting your joints with Lagree’s low-impact method. • Stay motivated and consistent with new workouts and courses added regularly. • Perfect for home workouts, travel routines, or supplementing studio training.
