Bounce is a minimalist focus app that blocks distracting apps while you do deep work, with an AI assistant in your corner. SET. BLOCK. FOCUS. Pick a duration, choose the apps that pull you away, and press play. Bounce uses Apple's Screen Time technology to keep those apps blocked until your session ends, so your phone works for you instead of against you. DAILY LIMITS Cap how long you can spend in chosen apps each day. Hit the cap and Bounce steps in until tomorrow. INTENT CHECK Choose the apps that pull you in. When you open one, Bounce asks what you came for. Answer in a tap, or take a moment in Bounce first. It checks back in if you are still there later. AN AI ASSISTANT THAT KEEPS YOU HONEST The built-in assistant helps you plan sessions, get back on track after a doomscroll, and build better screen habits. Tap Brain Dump, say everything that is on your mind, and get back a plan, an order to work through it, and the one thing to start now. Connect optional context like your goals, your notes and to-dos, and your Apple Reminders, and the assistant tailors what it says to what is actually on your plate. TRACK YOUR PROGRESS Stats, history, and streaks show your focus adding up. Complete at least one session a day to keep your streak alive. SUBSCRIPTION Bounce is a subscription app, and it starts with a 7-day free trial. Bounce Pro is $14.99 per month and includes everything: focus sessions, daily limits, Intent Check, stats and streaks, backup and sync, and the full AI Assistant with Brain Dump. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your blocked-app data stays on your device. Apple's Screen Time framework never shares it with us. No ads, no selling your data, and you can delete your account anytime from Settings.
