OLIVE ESS vs We One Hero

Employee Self Service (ESS) is an online platform where the employee has the flexibility to access the system and avail the services provided by the company as part of the Self Service. Employee Self Service helps employees to perform numerous job related functions independently and as part of an approval workflow. ESS, which is an essential tool available in modern HRIS, allows employees to take care of many human resources related and job related tasks that would otherwise need to be completed by the Human Resources personnel or management.

We One Hero app allows the service staff to manage all their bookings from one place. This app allows the service staff to work more efficiently by being able to manage their schedule and use the app as a communication tool by providing updates on the service bookings. From this app you can view your upcoming bookings, ongoing bookings, completed bookings, view all the customer service details in one place, navigate to the customer location, call headquarters for any assistance required, start jobs, end jobs, checklists and reports for any jobs.
