Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Lifa App at none against Massager's shown. Lifa App also leads on review sentiment (82% vs 50%) and update cadence (every 4 days vs every 2 months). On price, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Lifa App sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and Massager sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $3.99 per 7 days. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Lifa App holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.3. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Lifa App has 916 ratings behind it against 27, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 82% of Lifa App's written reviews are positive against 50% of Massager's.
Lifa App ships an update every 4 days, Massager every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 24, 2026 respectively.
