The clearest difference is ads: Lifa App at none against TikNote's shown. Lifa App also leads on update cadence (every 4 days vs monthly) and ratings volume (883 vs 14). On price, rating, review sentiment and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Lifa App sells 4 in-app purchases, starting at $4.99 per month and TikNote sells 2 in-app purchases, starting at $0.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
