Empire's Order costs $3.99 and Cyber Quest $3.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Cyber Quest holds the better App Store score, 4.7 against 4.2. Both are backed by a comparable volume of ratings — 11 and 20 respectively.
