Verdict
The clearest difference is iOS requirement: El 3alamy at 11.0 against Invent Player's 16.4. On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Invent Player sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and El 3alamy sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
