BioMIR turns selected Apple Health data into an engaging, futuristic view of your health trajectory. Today highlights priority signals, biomarker context and a practical next step. The Dashboard gives an index-style big-picture view—like checking the Dow or Nasdaq—then lets you explore the health measures and model contributors behind it. Dashboard and Trends let you travel through time. Explore BioMIR on iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. SEE WHAT SHAPES YOUR TRAJECTORY Adaptive BioAge combines 15 selected inputs across Behavioral, Functional and Cardiometabolic domains. Explore contributing biomarkers, values, sources and observation dates. Δ-years show the modeled difference between estimated biological and chronological age—not years gained or lost. CONNECT PATTERNS WITH NUMBERS Color cues connect modeled direction, biomarker patterns, trends and persistence. Blue marks favorable negative Δ-year contributions and patterns; red marks unfavorable positive ones. Health-status classifications use a separate progression from red through orange and blue to purple. Color supports interpretation; it is not a diagnosis. FIND A PRACTICAL NEXT STEP Top Action highlights a practical next step tied to priority signals. Plan and Track help you follow actions; Explain and Voice provide concise context. EXPLORE CHANGE OVER TIME Dashboard and Trends span daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly views. Synchronized period and statistic controls help compare measures, estimates and contributors across time. UNDERSTAND YOUR DATA Data Confidence summarizes completeness. Data-quality views show when supporting records were observed, including slower-changing cardiometabolic anchors and eligible clinical results. Available insights depend on compatible records and permissions. EXPLORE WITH CONTROL Demo Data uses synthetic scenarios to show how supported inputs affect modeled results without changing live records. Tutorials and the Resource library explain the framework, evidence, measurement sources, assumptions and limitations. KEEP CLINICAL ESTIMATES DISTINCT When compatible laboratory data are available, Clinical Long View presents separate Klemera–Doubal Method (KDM) and PhenoAge estimates, each with its own inputs, assumptions and measurement dates. YOUR APPLE HEALTH ECOSYSTEM With your permission, supported measurements can come from Apple Health, compatible wearables, apps, home devices and clinical sources. A dedicated BioMIR wearable is not required. Core analytical processing is designed to occur on-device. PREMIUM ACCESS Premium unlocks Demo and Apple Health analytics through monthly or annual subscriptions. Eligible subscribers may receive an Apple introductory trial. Price, eligibility and renewal terms appear before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. FOR WELLNESS SELF-TRACKING BioMIR supports informational, educational and general-wellness self-tracking. Estimates, Δ-year contributions, actions and simulations are model outputs. They do not diagnose, treat, prevent disease or replace professional medical care, and they do not measure years of life gained or lost.
