Choose from built-in signals like Overwhelmed, Need Break, Need Quiet, Need Help, Can't Focus, Sensory Overload, Need to Move, Need to Talk, I'm Good, or create your own custom messages. Connect two ways: Local Mode uses Bluetooth/WiFi for nearby communication (no internet required), or iMessage Mode sends signals anywhere in the world through Messages—perfect for remote support or family members in different locations. Signals arrive instantly with notifications and haptic feedback, even when the receiver's phone is locked. Review signal history to identify patterns, and rest assured all communication is private—no data collection, no accounts required.
