Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: Fanciful Fonts at 100% against Themee's 50%. Fanciful Fonts also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.2) and monetization model (free vs ad-supported). Themee's advantage is ratings volume (36 vs 3) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 17.6). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
