Verdict
The clearest difference is ratings volume: Booster Prep at 709 against INBDE ProLab's 1. INBDE ProLab's advantage is rating (5.0 vs 4.8). On price, update cadence, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.
Scored on Price · Rating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings · Update frequency · Ads · In-app purchases · Monetization · Best chart rank · Devices · Requires iOS
Both are free to download. Booster Prep sells 7 one-off in-app purchases and INBDE ProLab sells 3 in-app purchases, starting at $99.99 per month. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
INBDE ProLab holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Booster Prep has 709 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
Both ship on a similar rhythm, roughly fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on September 30, 2026 and September 16, 2026 respectively.
