About

ScaleMe

Features

ScaleMe is a privacy-conscious native iOS app for tracking weight and long-term body trends. It helps you organize measurements for yourself and your family without requiring an account. 【Bluetooth & Manual Entry】 Connect compatible Bluetooth weight or body composition scales to receive live measurements and save stable results. You can also manually enter weight, body fat, muscle mass, body water, bone mass, visceral fat and basal metabolism. Available measurements depend on the scale and its communication protocol. 【Profiles & Devices】 Create separate profiles for family members and manage multiple scales. Each record keeps its member, device and source information. Device history can be matched using reference weight and existing trends, making shared family scales easier to manage. 【Dashboard, History & Trends】 See recent weight, BMI, body fat and selected metrics on the dashboard. Filter interactive charts by profile, device, metric and time range to understand long-term changes. Review individual measurement details and configure a home-screen trend widget. 【Apple Health】 After granting permission, you can choose to write eligible new weight and body-fat records to Apple Health or import supported Apple Health data. You remain in control of the data types, profiles and source devices used for syncing. 【Local-first Data】 No account is required. Configuration and measurements are stored locally with iOS file protection. Configuration and measurement data can be imported or exported separately or together for backups and transfers you control. 【Important】 Consumer body composition scales estimate results using bioelectrical impedance and profile data. Body fat, muscle, water, protein, bone mass, visceral fat and basal metabolism are intended only for observing trends. They are not medical diagnoses, treatment advice or clinical conclusions.
