Verdict
The clearest difference is review sentiment: NAICOM at 67% against PieTix's 0%. NAICOM also leads on update cadence (every 3 weeks vs every 5 months) and device support (4 vs 2). PieTix's advantage is rating (4.9 vs 3.5) and ratings volume (1K vs 13). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
PieTix holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 3.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: PieTix has 1K ratings behind it against 13, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 0% of PieTix's written reviews are positive against 67% of NAICOM's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
PieTix ships an update every 5 months, NAICOM every 3 weeks. The most recent releases landed on October 17, 2026 and October 6, 2026 respectively.
