Diagnostica supports patients in recording musculoskeletal symptoms and completing patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs) commonly used by orthopaedic clinicians. Enter your responses and share them with your treating clinician. REGIONS SUPPORTED Shoulder, Elbow, Wrist, Hip, Knee, and Foot & Ankle. PAIN MAPPING Draw the location of your pain on anatomical illustrations. Indicate pain type — burning, stabbing, aching, or numbness — and highlight affected regions across multiple views. PATIENT-REPORTED OUTCOME MEASURES Complete standard questionnaires used in orthopaedic practice, including MOXFQ, EQ-5D, Pain Catastrophizing Scale, SF-36, OKS, KOOS, HAGOS, and DASH, matched to the body region you select. PAIN INTENSITY AND TIMING Rate pain on a 1–10 numeric scale and record the time of day symptoms occur. CLINICIAN CONNECTION Choose a clinician from the list associated with your account. Your completed responses are shared with the clinician you select. Optional follow-up assessments allow you and your clinician to record changes over time. HEALTH INFORMATION PROFILE Store personal information, medical history, previous surgeries, current medications, allergies, MRI safety details, insurance information, and emergency contacts in one place. You control what is entered and can update it at any time. RESUME IN-PROGRESS FORMS Partially completed forms are saved. Return later and continue from where you stopped. ACCOUNT SECURITY • PIN-based lock with optional biometric unlock (Face ID / Touch ID) on supported devices • Phone number verification during registration • Encrypted transmission of application data • Sign out and account deletion available from within the app DATA AND PRIVACY Diagnostica processes the information you enter in order to share it with the clinician you select.
