Progress Clock shows time as progress, not just hours and minutes. Open it and see how much of today has already passed, how much is left, and the same view for this week, this month, and this year. The Arcs face draws each one around the clock. Analog hands stay in the center. Dial is there if you want the classic sweep. Keep a countdown to a date, a timer to a date and time, or time since a day that mattered. One goal is included. Edit and delete from the Goal tab. Set a birthdate and Life draws every week as a dot, childhood through later decades on one calendar. Progressium is free. Other themes, large and Lock Screen widgets, the Goal widget, and extra goals are Progress Clock Premium, an optional monthly subscription. Purchases and cancellation go through your Apple ID. Birthdate, goals, and settings stay on your device. No account. No analytics. Dayvant

Most planners treat every hour the same. Your energy doesn't. Dayvant is a day planner built around a simple idea: do your hardest work when your focus is highest. Tag each task with an energy level — heavy, medium, or light — and Dayvant automatically puts the demanding work in your morning and keeps the rest for later in the day. No endless backlog. No guilt-inducing list of everything you've ever wanted to do. Just today, planned around how you actually work. WHY DAYVANT • Energy-based planning — heavy tasks land in your morning focus block, automatically. • A real picture of your day — see how full today is, so you take on what you can actually finish. • Your calendar, built in — your meetings count toward your capacity, so the plan reflects reality, not wishful thinking. • Work / personal split — choose which calendars count, so personal noise stays out of your work day. • Built for focus — one screen, today only. Open it and you know what's next. • Lock Screen capture — add a task the moment it comes to you, without opening the app. MADE FOR FREELANCERS & KNOWLEDGE WORKERS If you own your own time — freelancers, founders, makers, anyone doing deep work — Dayvant helps you protect your best hours instead of filling them with shallow tasks. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your tasks, plans and calendar stay on your device — synced only through your own private iCloud, never visible to the developer. No ads, no ad tracking, no accounts. Dayvant uses only anonymous, aggregate usage analytics to improve the app — never your content — and you can turn it off in Settings. SIMPLE, HONEST PRICING Try everything free for 14 days — no credit card. Then a single one-time purchase unlocks Dayvant — pay once, it's yours to keep. Plan your day by energy. Get the important work done while it still feels easy. iPhone, iOS 17 or later.

Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: Dayvant at every 11 days against Progress Clock's every 5 months. On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
