A running app that builds you a real training plan and then adapts it when life happens. PaceCoach works out your paces from a recent race result, generates a periodised plan for 5K, 10K, half marathon or marathon, and adjusts as you go. No feed, no leaderboard, no one to beat. THE PLAN - Periodised properly: base, build, peak, taper, with the long run and the hard sessions where they belong - Paces derived from your own result rather than a generic table - Easy, tempo, intervals, long, recovery, hills, fartlek and race simulation - Tell it you are not feeling well and it adjusts the week instead of guilting you TRACKING - GPS run tracking with pace, distance and elevation - Heart rate and calories via Apple Health, both directions - A calendar of what is planned and what you actually did - Weekly mileage, planned against completed, so you can see whether you are following the plan or just intending to NEW: EXPORT YOUR TRAINING LOG A training log is worth years, and until now there was no way to get it out of this app at all. PaceCoach Pro exports every run as plain CSV: date, type, distance, duration, pace, heart rate, elevation, RPE, how it felt and your notes. Plain format, so it opens in a spreadsheet or whatever your coach already uses. Plans, tracking, adaptive pacing, the calendar, progress and Apple Health sync all stay free. PaceCoach Pro is $2.99 per month or $19.99 per year, with 14 days free on the yearly plan. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Your subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings.
