Time your labor contractions with one tap. Start when a contraction begins, stop when it ends, and the app tracks how long each one lasts and how far apart they are. Calm, simple and easy to use with one hand, day or night. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Start and stop each contraction with a single big button • Live timer with a calm breathing animation while a contraction is running • Time since your last contraction • Last-hour summary: number of contractions, average duration and interval • 5-1-1 pattern card that tells you when your contractions match the guideline • Rate the intensity of each contraction from 1 to 5 • History of the last 24 hours, grouped by day • Light and dark mode Timing is always free and unlimited. PREMIUM • Live timer on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island • Labor report to share with your doctor or midwife • Alert when your contractions match the 5-1-1, 4-1-1 or 3-1-1 pattern • Charts of duration and interval over time • Full history, beyond the last 24 hours • Separate sessions to keep false alarms apart from labor • Export your history as a CSV file Premium is a one-time purchase or a weekly subscription.
