This is achieved with a 30-question quiz to understand how you are feeling towards the change. Many questions are similar, and they are intended to be that way. The goal is to stop and reflect on change so you can make the best decision about it. SO WHAT is where you build your own personal strategy and plan to execute your change in the way you want it to happen. In each section, you direct the actions or options you feel are necessary to achieve in creating a detailed thought process map of how you will execute your change. This allows you to take responsibility for the change you are involved within.
