Team Titan Coaching We are a fitness fanatic couple based in Newport, South Wales who have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years. We use our knowledge and experience to help others cut through all the fad diets to achieve their goals! Our passion and ambition is to help as many people as we can to develop positive lifestyle habits, grow in confidence and to achieve health and fitness goals whilst enjoying the process. Matt started his fitness journey in the military and his love for health and fitness developed into a passion with Cerys. We know how to work hard but more importantly, but more importantly, we know how to work effectively to achieve goals! We both compete in bodybuilding, Matt competes in men's physique and Cerys competes in women's bikini. We have both been successful winning shows, overalls, both going to British finals and Matt winning his GBO professional status. As coaches we have been through multiple phases ourselves (fat loss, maintenance and muscle gain) so we know what clients are going through! We have walked the walk and would never implement a programme for clients that we wouldn't do or haven't had experience with! Services: Our coaching service* includes; - Personalised home or gym training plans for all fitness levels - Personalised nutrition plans taking in to consideration your likes, dislikes, any dietary requirements, lifestyle and goals - Weekly check ins through the app which are non negotiable. Check ins enable effective communication to continuously track progress and reflect on goals. They enable us to reflect on your week in and out of training, discuss any issues and make changes as and where necessary to ensure you continue progressing towards your goals. - Access to a team WhatsApp group for additional advice and support - 24/7 support from Matt and Cerys through WhatsApp and email. - Access to the Team Titan app where you will have everything you need! * The App is free to download. A paid coaching plan is required to use the app. Payment for the monthly subscription will be charged to your credit card through your iTunes account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the subscription period. Auto-renewal may be turned off in Account Settings in iTunes after purchase.
