Your phone isn't the problem. The autopilot is. interween is a screen time and digital wellbeing app that breaks the habit of opening apps without deciding to. Instead of blocking your apps or showing the same fixed timer every time, it puts an adaptive pause between your thumb and the app — gentle when you're fine, stronger when you're slipping. Long enough to turn a reflex into a choice. ADAPTIVE FRICTION Not every app open is the same, so why should every interruption be? interween reads how you are actually using an app and sets the pause to match. • Been away for hours — no unnecessary interruption • Using an app normally — a gentle pause • Opening it again and again — friction gets stronger • Late-night or rapid-fire spiral — a more deliberate interruption The pause keeps changing, so it never becomes another screen you swipe straight through. Transparent, behaviour-based rules that run entirely on your phone. EIGHT WAYS TO BREAK AUTOPILOT interween rotates through eight simple friction experiences. Breathe in, breathe out — follow a guided rhythm for two slow breaths. Countdown timer — a quiet ring between impulse and action. Hold to continue — keep your thumb down. Let go and the pause resets. Typing test — transcribe a line, exactly, before you continue. Moving circle — trace a wandering light. Attention, not waiting. (Pro) Math problem — solve one equation on the in-app keypad. (Pro) Tap the counter — one button, thirty taps, each on a short cooldown. (Pro) The queue — "You're 4th in line." Wait your turn. (Pro) Leave it on Adaptive and interween picks for you, or pin one fixed pause to any app. DELAY, DON'T BLOCK Your apps are never locked. No wall to fight, no punishment for wanting your phone. interween adds a decision point before the app opens — because sometimes you need it, and sometimes your thumb just knew where to go. It helps you tell the difference. UNDERSTAND WHY YOU REACH Screen time tells you how long. interween helps you understand why. At the highest friction it asks what you're reaching for — bored, just checking, or a real purpose. Once a day per app, never more. Purposeful opens get lighter friction, habitual ones get stronger. (Pro) SEE THE HABIT BEHIND THE NUMBER Every intercepted open, back-out and stated intent builds your on-device habit picture. • Open attempts — how often the reflex fires • Back-outs — how often you choose to walk away • Time saved — minutes reclaimed by not continuing • Why you reach — boredom, checking or purpose (Pro) • What works on you — which pauses actually stop you (Pro) • Your toughest hour — when the urge tends to peak (Pro) GROW YOUR FOCUS GARDEN Your garden is a living reflection of your habits. A bad day doesn't erase your progress — you never start from zero. FREE AND PRO Free gives you the full adaptive engine on one app, four pause types, and seven days of history. Interween Pro adds unlimited apps, all eight pause types, the intent check, and 30 and 90 day history with deeper insights. Interween Pro (Yearly) is an auto-renewable subscription: 3-day free trial, then billed yearly. Auto-renews unless turned off at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in App Store settings. PRIVACY IS PART OF THE DESIGN Your habits. Your phone. Your data. • Everything happens on your device • No account required • No advertising • No AI • No screen content collected • Your data doesn't leave your phone interween is for you if you open social media without meaning to, want to reduce doomscrolling, keep bypassing fixed app limits, want a detox without blocking apps, or want screen time insights instead of just another number. You don't need to quit your phone. You don't need another blocker. You need a moment between impulse and choice. Pause. Notice. Choose. That's interween.
