AuDHD Loop is a private, on-device journal for adults who want a calmer way to notice sensory load, energy, stims, and task momentum. CHECK CAPACITY, THEN START Record how much energy and focus you have. Choose an editable first action and begin a 10, 25, or 50-minute supported focus session—no camera, account, or other person required. LOG WITHOUT SHAME Capture stims, sensory moments, energy, and what helped. Organize tasks by the kind of capacity they need instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all list. SEE TRANSPARENT OBSERVATIONS AuDHD Loop turns enough of your own check-ins into plain-language observations with the counts behind them. It does not score, diagnose, or claim that one event caused another. FREE TO USE The core loop stays free, including one real observation when enough logs exist and three supported focus sessions each week. AUDHD LOOP PRO Pro adds: • All available observations • Unlimited supported focus sessions • Custom support strategies • Weekly reflection export as CSV Your journal stays on this device until you delete it. AuDHD Loop has no account, ads, tracking, analytics, AI, or developer cloud upload. Apple processes purchases through StoreKit. AuDHD Loop is a personal wellness and journaling tool. It is not a diagnostic device, treatment plan, crisis service, or medical record. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
