About

Global Mood

Features

Global Mood is a space to observe your emotions and reclaim conscious choice. "Between stimulus and response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response." — Viktor Frankl We spend much of our lives reacting automatically to emotions—anxiety, anger, joy—as if they are happening to us. We drift unconsciously through emotional states, moved by influences we don't recognize. When you pause and name what you're feeling, something shifts. The emotion becomes observable. Separate from you. You step outside the automatic reaction and create space for choice. This is the gap. The moment where autonomy becomes possible. How It Works: * Share how you feel — choose from 9 essential emotional states * See others on the global map — a reminder you are not alone in the drift * Connect with others — follow users, send warmth, receive messages * Track patterns over time — recognize the influences that move you * Private journal — deepen your self-knowledge through daily reflections * Gentle reminders — quiet invitations to wake up and notice the moment We are one community of individuals, each searching for the gap between stimulus and response. Each returning to our own nature. Privacy First: * No accounts or personal data required * Exact location is never shared (randomized 1-2km offset) * Follow, block, or report any user at any time * "Send warmth" messages auto-delete after 30 days * No message history stored on servers beyond 30 days * Journal entries stay on your device only * Completely anonymous emotional sharing * No tracking, no ads, no data mining Designed For: * Emotional awareness and self-observation * Anxiety relief through conscious attention * Mood tracking and pattern recognition * Mindfulness practice and daily check-ins * Finding space between feeling and reaction Each moment you notice is a moment you reclaim autonomy. Not therapy. Not a tool to "fix" emotions. A mirror for conscious living.
