See your relationship more clearly. Relationships are complicated, memory is selective, and one really good—or really bad—day can make it hard to see the bigger picture. That Tracks is a private relationship-tracking app designed to help you understand how your relationship feels over time. Record meaningful moments, track recurring issues, identify patterns, monitor relationship satisfaction, and preserve what you learn from past relationships. Developed in partnership with professional therapists, That Tracks helps you step back from individual moments and look at the relationship as a whole. TRACK HOW YOU FEEL Record positive and negative experiences as they happen and rate how they made you feel. Over time, your entries create a clearer picture of your relationship satisfaction, helping you look beyond how you happen to feel on any single day. IDENTIFY RECURRING ISSUES When something goes wrong, record what happened, categorize the issue, and note how significant it felt. Track issues involving communication, anger, distrust, controlling behavior, manipulation, intimacy, abuse, and more. You can also rate severity—from a relatively minor concern to something you consider a dealbreaker. That Tracks brings those individual experiences together so you can see which issues occur most often and how seriously they are affecting your relationship. SEE PATTERNS OVER TIME Your dashboard turns your entries into visual insights that help you understand: • How satisfied you have felt over time • Which relationship issues keep coming up • How frequently different problems occur • How serious those issues have been • Important milestones throughout the relationship That Tracks does not tell you whether to stay, leave, or make a particular decision. It gives you a clearer record of your own experiences so you can better understand what they mean to you. SET RELATIONSHIP GOALS Start by identifying what you want to better understand or improve. Maybe you want to recognize your own relationship patterns. Maybe you want to become a better partner. Maybe you want to grow within your current relationship. Your goals help keep the bigger picture in focus as you use the app. LEARN FROM PAST RELATIONSHIPS When a relationship ends, the insight does not have to disappear with it. That Tracks creates a Relationship Summary that lets you look back at the relationship as a whole—including your satisfaction history, recurring issues, milestones, pros and cons, why the relationship ended, and the lessons you want to carry forward. Your Past Partners section keeps those relationship histories available so you can revisit what you learned and begin recognizing patterns not only within one relationship, but across the relationships you have had. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your relationship entries are personal. That Tracks is designed as a private tool for you—not a shared rating system for your partner. Your entries, reflections, and relationship history are for your own understanding. Love is wild, stay on track.
