Turn your weight loss into a fun activity! Fatometer shows you in real time how much effort it takes to burn the foods you eat. Watch your favorite foods disappear as you exercise. Make weight loss a fun and motivating challenge: set goals, visualize your efforts, and finally understand how your body eliminates every calorie. Already available: • Personal settings (weight, height, age) to estimate your basal energy needs and determine how fast your body burns calories. • Choose a physical activity to start a session (slow, normal, or fast walking, running, cycling, strength training…) with calorie burn calculated using standardized MET values and your body’s estimated burn rate. • Fun visualization of foods burned in real time (e.g., a fry, a burger, etc.): finally, watch your effort progress minute by minute. • Set goals: today, burn 10 fries; in a month, eliminate a full burger! • Check your “burned foods” board to track your efforts and progress. Coming soon: • Smart tracking of your eating habits to raise awareness of unhealthy practices and discover easy optimizations—without overhauling your entire diet. This first version is the starting point of a new way to understand your body. Your feedback is essential to help the app evolve. Important: This app is designed for fun and informational purposes. It is not a substitute for medical advice. For any health-related goals, please consult a professional.
