Verdict
The clearest difference is update cadence: WOLFpak. at every 3 weeks against TRB Plus's every 9 months. WOLFpak. also leads on ratings volume (5.5K vs 1). TRB Plus's advantage is monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases) and iOS requirement (14.0 vs 18.0). On price, rating, ads and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 5.0 for WOLFpak. against 5.0 for TRB Plus. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: WOLFpak. has 5.5K ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
