Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Free Stuff at 4.6 against Stooping's 4.0. Free Stuff also leads on ratings volume (1K vs 5). Stooping's advantage is ads (none vs shown) and monetization model (free vs free with in-app purchases). On price, update cadence, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
Free Stuff holds the better App Store score, 4.6 against 4.0. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Free Stuff has 1K ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two.
