Consumers can sign up and create an account using their name, email and phone number. They may need to verify their account through a confirmation process. The consumer can request security services for a single day or multiple days through the app. The consumer will provide such details as to the date, time, location and type of event and type of service requested as well as the duration. Once the consumer request has been accepted it will be moved into the workflow and assigned to an officer, the officer will confirm the assignment and that information will be provided to the consumer. The shifts become part of the Overwatch scheduling platform and are made available to all officers in a geographic area. The consumer will then be charged. There is real time tracking of the officer once on duty and all information pertaining to the specific consumer requested event is communicated to the consumer/client. This app provides reassurance to the consumer and allows them full transparency as to the service, request, confirmation, billing, payment and completion of the service.

Verified Response is the operations platform for professional security companies and the guards they deploy. One app runs the entire shift, from clock-in to incident to proof. Guards clock in with GPS geofence confirmation at the right site, scan NFC checkpoints on patrol, file incident and activity reports with photos that stay attached to the exact spot, and reach their supervisor instantly. Everything works offline and syncs the moment signal returns, so a dead zone never means a lost report. Security company administrators get the full command surface: real-time scheduling, live guard status, site and client management, timesheets that flow into payroll, and live camera viewing from the field. FOR GUARDS - Clock in and out with GPS geofence validation, only at assigned sites - Scan NFC checkpoint tags on patrol, or log a checkpoint manually when there is no tag - File incident reports, activity reports, and visitor, vehicle, and person logs with photos - Panic button with a full escalation timeline - Works fully offline, syncs automatically when back in range - Face ID sign-in, no password every shift - View the live cameras at your active site FOR SECURITY COMPANIES - Weekly scheduling grid across every site - Live guard status, timesheets, and site coverage at a glance - Client and site management from your phone - Live camera feeds from connected sites - Branded reports delivered to your clients automatically FOR CLIENTS - See verified response at your sites, live - Camera feeds, incident history, and response times in one place Verified Response bridges the gap between an alarm and the right response. Verified incidents route to the closest available guard first, with law enforcement reserved for when it is truly warranted, and every outcome is documented into an insurance-ready record. Verified Response is sold to licensed security companies. Access requires an account provisioned by your organization. Questions? Visit verifiedresponse.com.
