GSP Performance is the training app for athletes working with Gonzalez Sports Performance in Overland Park, Kansas. Your coach builds your program. You open the app and it's there, session by session, with every exercise laid out in order. WHAT YOU GET Your program, ready to go. Open the app and today's session is waiting. Work through it one exercise at a time with your sets, reps and target loads already filled in. Video on every movement. Not sure what an exercise looks like? Tap it. Every drill in the library is demonstrated by your coach, so you're not guessing at form from a name on a page. Log as you lift. Check off sets as you finish them. Enter what you actually moved. Your working maxes and previous numbers are right there so you know what you did last time. Notes from your coach. What to feel, what to focus on, what to watch for. Written by your coach for that specific movement, not generic advice. Your whole schedule. Look back at what you've done and ahead at what's coming. If something comes up and you need to move a session, you can get ahead. Send video for review. Upload a clip and your coach can draw on it frame by frame and talk you through what he's seeing. Bullpen tracking. Log pitches, types and locations. See where you're actually living in the zone. GSP Performance is for athletes training with Gonzalez Sports Performance. You'll need an invite code from your coach to get started.
