Liquid Apollo is free to download; iPerf3 Client & Server costs $6.99 up front. Neither carries in-app purchases, so what you see is what you pay.
iPerf3 Client & Server holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.5. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Liquid Apollo has 659 ratings behind it against 9, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 68% of Liquid Apollo's written reviews are positive against 50% of iPerf3 Client & Server's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
Liquid Apollo ships an update every 10 days, iPerf3 Client & Server every 5 days. The most recent releases landed on October 22, 2026 and October 9, 2026 respectively.
