The clearest difference is monetization model: Breakwater Wellness at free against Zen Leaf+'s free with in-app purchases. Breakwater Wellness also leads on iOS requirement (13.0 vs 15.1). Zen Leaf+'s advantage is ratings volume (16K vs 138). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.
