Plain player: a simple, convenient and very lite video & audio player. It can play many popular video formats like avi, mp4, mkv… and almost audio formats. It has various settings that can help you easily to watch videos & audio in the way you want. It supports many gestures like double-tap, swipe to seek, change brightness, volume and zoom. You can easily choose the orientation of the video, so that you don’t need to change your device orientation setting whenever watching movie. It can also support local subtitle. You can transfer subtitle file with the same name of the video to the same folder, and it will automatically show when you play video. Currently it only support srt format, but in the future, it can support other formats, too. You can import video & audio files using a computer, or using app Files or Photos to copy video & audio files on your device to the app. The app interface is very simple, plain and intuitive, so you can easily know how to use all the features of app on the first sight. It has some sort options and search function to help you find the video & audio you want. You can also edit metadata of mp3 files. It even has a web view inside used to watch YouTube videos without ads. On iPad, you can watch up to 4K videos. So you don’t need to open your browser app when you need to watch YouTube videos. The youtube player also supports some gestures like swipe to seek, change brightness and volume. Now you can listen to your youtube video/music while screen is turned off with picture in picture mode.

The app is essentially a YouTube player. It plays YouTube videos using the YouTube embedded player. Functionality: - Enables the playback of YouTube videos within the app - Locally keeps a record of your viewing history - Note: Some YouTube videos may have restrictions that prevent playback in embedded players.   The app respects these limitations and will not be able to play such content. - To use PiP, switch to full-screen mode in the video player, then swipe up to go to the Home Screen This app does not offer many functionalities besides playing YouTube videos. It might be better to find a YouTube video elsewhere and then paste the link into the app.
