SLAM Sports turns your game and practice film into coaching you can use. Pick a video from Photos or Files and, if you like, tell SLAM what to watch for. SLAM's AI detects the sport from the footage and writes a report built around your clip: a SLAM Grade, the reasons behind it, and next steps with drills you can start today. YOUR SLAM GRADE Each new analysis gets a SLAM Grade out of 100, with a letter grade, built from five assessment lenses that each come with a score and an explanation. Home tracks your selected grade, career average, personal best and how your grade moved across recent sessions. The Career tab explains every lens of a saved session. A REPORT WRITTEN FOR YOUR MOVEMENT Your video stays on screen while you read. Reports cover what the footage shows, your strengths and what needs attention, movement phases you can tap to jump to in the video, measurements against targets, and prescribed drills with sets, reps and cues. SEVERAL VIDEOS, ONE SESSION Analyze a set of clips together and get a master report plus a report for each video. Swipe between them. YOUR REPORT, YOUR LANGUAGE Choose from 87 report languages. Tap Listen to hear a report read aloud, translate a report, or share a link to it in the language you choose. The app's menus are in English. PRESENT MODE Turn your phone sideways, or choose Present, to walk through a report slide by slide next to the video. ASK SLAM Ask the AI coach about your reports and drills. You decide whether it may also use your workouts, nutrition and selected health readings. TRAINING, NUTRITION AND HEALTH Log workouts and routines, and follow your estimated one-rep max, heaviest weight and volume over time. Keep a food diary by searching a food name or barcode number. Optionally connect Apple Health to see your steps, heart rate, sleep and workouts in SLAM. SLAM only reads from Apple Health, never writes to it, and sends only the readings you choose. FLARE Describe the moments you want and SLAM's AI picks clips from your analyzed film to make a short video, with optional performance graphics, in portrait or landscape. Save it to Photos or share it. YOUR ATHLETE CARD Build an athlete card with your sports, positions, measurements and photo, and share it with a link. SLAM asks for your permission before any AI analysis, and you can withdraw it in Settings. You can delete your account in the app. An internet connection is required.
