Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Taaruf at 4.4 against RVIEWX's 3.7. Taaruf also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 12 months) and ratings volume (440 vs 25). RVIEWX's advantage is in-app purchases (none vs 10) and review sentiment (50% vs 21%). On price, ads and device support there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. Taaruf sells 10 in-app purchases, starting at $9.99 per month. RVIEWX asks for nothing beyond the download.
Taaruf holds the better App Store score, 4.4 against 3.7. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Taaruf has 440 ratings behind it against 25, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews complicate that: 50% of RVIEWX's written reviews are positive against 21% of Taaruf's, so the app with the better star average is not the one people write more warmly about.
RVIEWX ships an update every 12 months, Taaruf fortnightly. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
