Ứng dụng nhằm tạo ra kênh kết nối chính thống, nhanh chóng giữa Hệ thống trường Pathway Tuệ Đức và Quý Phụ huynh. Đồng thời, đây cũng là công cụ đắc lực giúp Ban Giám hiệu, giáo viên tối ưu hóa hiệu quả công việc. Ứng dụng bao gồm các tính năng chính: - Sổ liên lạc điện tử: Cập nhật liên tục, kịp thời các thông tin liên quan đến quá trình học tập của học sinh như điểm danh, thực đơn hằng ngày, thông tin sức khỏe, xin nghỉ, dặn thuốc, các nhận xét, hoạt động hàng ngày, album ảnh, theo dõi học phí, đăng ký các lớp ngoại khóa/sách/đồng phục. - Bản tin trường: Như một mạng xã hội nội bộ của trường, ở đó phụ huynh, giáo viên, cán bộ quản lý đều có thể tham gia tương tác và nhận thông tin. - Quản lý lịch trình xe đưa đón học sinh: Tự động thông báo qua loa, hiển thị lên màn hình giám sát, thông báo qua ứng dụng điện thoại cho giáo viên phụ trách khi phụ huynh đưa đón học sinh. - Gửi tin nhắn, chat nhóm: Group lớp, giáo viên phụ trách, với hỗ trợ từ nhà trường, thông báo (điểm danh của con, các thông báo từ nhà trường). - Quản lý và chấm công giáo viên, cán bộ nhân viên. Trong quá trình sử dụng, ứng dụng cần người dùng cung cấp thông tin về ảnh selfie cho việc đào tạo và huấn luyện mô hình nhận dạng. Người dùng cần cung cấp chính xác ảnh của mình để phục vụ cho việc điểm danh được chính xác. Dữ liệu ảnh được lưu trữ bảo mật tuyệt đối và không chia sẻ với bất kỳ bên thứ 3 nào. Dữ liệu ảnh được lưu trữ cho đến khi người dùng không sử dụng hệ thống nữa.
