How much longer is my iPhone charging? Charging time calculates your iPhone charging time and shows you the remaining time as a battery countdown that ticks along second by second. Below it you'll see the time of day when your battery will be full: "Full at 15:00". You don't have to calculate all the way to 100%. Set your own charging target – 70%, 80% or completely full – and the charging duration adjusts instantly. It works the other way round too: move the slider until the time matches your appointment, and you'll know how full the battery will be by then. Handy when you're about to head out. WHAT THE APP CAN DO • Countdown in minutes and seconds while the iPhone charges • The time of day when the battery will be full • Charging target freely selectable, in one-percent steps • Charger slider: slow, normal or fast • Calculates with the real battery of your iPhone model • Charging curve from 0 to 100% – see how your iPhone charges • Seven tips to make your battery last longer • Ring showing the current battery level • Works with a cable and with wireless charging on a charging pad • Everything on one screen, no menus • Light and dark mode, switches automatically • For iPhone and iPad, in a single purchase HOW DOES THE LADEZEIT APP WORK? The app doesn't work with a blanket figure, it works with your device: it reads the model identifier and therefore knows how big your battery really is and how much charging power it accepts – 40 models are stored, from the iPhone X to the iPhone 17 Pro Max, plus the iPads. Then there's your charger, because between an old five-watt plug and a USB-C fast charger there is a factor of seven. iOS doesn't tell apps what is connected, so you set it once with a slider – only then is the battery charging time correct. And because a battery doesn't charge evenly and throttles noticeably above 80%, the charging time calculator works through the path from 0 to 100% in twenty stages. That same calculation also draws the charging curve in the app. TIPS TO MAKE YOUR BATTERY LAST LONGER A new battery costs money and a few days without your phone. Charging time gathers seven tips in one place, right below the charging curve: battery level, temperature, charging overnight, full charges, heat from cases, low power mode and iOS updates. Each one in a single sentence, without having to search through guides. NO ADS, NO TRACKING Charging time calculates everything directly on your device and makes no connection to the outside world at all: no servers, no trackers, no ads, no user account, no sign-up. The charging display works in airplane mode just as well as with Wi-Fi. The app is around 5 MB in size, available in 11 languages and runs on iPhone and iPad from iOS 18.2. Downloading the app is free. Full functionality is available via a one-time purchase or a subscription – the scope is the same for both.
