Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Spin Premia at none against DandyHats's shown. Spin Premia also leads on update cadence (fortnightly vs every 5 weeks) and ratings volume (5.5K vs 619). DandyHats's advantage is monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases) and review sentiment (56% vs 47%). On price, rating, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.

On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for Spin Premia against 4.9 for DandyHats. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: Spin Premia has 5.5K ratings behind it against 619, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 47% of Spin Premia's written reviews are positive against 56% of DandyHats's.
