Your league has years of history: who choked, who got robbed, who can't win the big one. The pros get an entire media industry for stories like these. Your league gets a group chat and a commissioner with a spreadsheet. Matchup Minded covers your fantasy league like a pro league, with an AI analyst in your group chat and a weekly podcast made just for your league. MEET PETE Pete is the newest member of your league's group chat. Connect your league and he learns every season you've ever played: every draft, every trade, every lineup call, every championship. It's like having a sports media personality in your group chat. He builds narratives about every team, makes data-driven predictions, and has a take on just about everything. Somebody claims they always beat you? Pete settles it with receipts. He knows who has beaten his best friend in 7 of their last 9 matchups, which forgotten late-round pick became a league legend, and who benched the wrong guy with a title on the line. YOUR LEAGUE'S OWN PODCAST Every week during the season, your league gets a new podcast episode. Not national analysis about players you don't start. The podcast IS about your league: your matchups, your rivalries, your heroics and heartbreaks, withyour league's history woven in. BUILT AROUND YOUR GROUP CHAT Matchup Minded is a chat app at heart. Open it and you're in your league's group chat with your league mates and Pete. There's no dashboard to ignore; the stats show up in conversation, when they matter, with a point of view. A dashboard tells you you're 4-5. Pete tells you you're 4-5 with the second-most points in the league and every right to be bitter about it. RIVALRIES Tell Pete who's brothers, who's married, and who still hasn't lived down that trade. He and the podcast weave it into the coverage. FOR COMMISSIONERs Leagues rarely end on purpose. They fade: the chat goes quiet by midseason, the teams out of the race stop setting lineups, and one summer half the league doesn't answer the renewal text. The fix is the same thing that keeps pro sports alive between games: coverage. When every member has a storyline, a rivalry, and a take about them every week, being 3-7 still means something. Pete keeps the chat loud, the podcast gives everyone something to gather around, and the league stays engaged from draft day through the championship and into the offseason. GETTING STARTED Works with Sleeper and Yahoo leagues. Connect your league and Pete learns its history in minutes. One person activates the league and invites everyone else into the chat. Free leagues get three seasons of history; upgrade and Pete knows it all, because Pete should know about 2016. This application uses fantasy data provided by Yahoo Fantasy.
