Both are free to download. MK Pro sells 1 one-off in-app purchase and P5R Guide sells 1 one-off in-app purchase. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
On the App Store both sit at effectively the same score — 4.8 for MK Pro against 4.9 for P5R Guide. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: P5R Guide has 248 ratings behind it against 5, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews are what separate them: 83% of MK Pro's written reviews are positive against 98% of P5R Guide's.
MK Pro ships an update weekly, P5R Guide every 10 days. The most recent releases landed on October 15, 2026 and October 16, 2026 respectively.
