While the Live Activity is active, just tap it to open the app and update your notes. You can swipe on the Live Activity to clear it from your Lock Screen, like a notification. Add the control to your Control Center, Lock Screen, or Action Button. To keep your notes private, you can turn off access to Live Activities when locked via Settings > Face ID & Passcode With a Live+ subscription, you can create unlimited lists, personalize them with color, change list settings, remove ads, and support and independent app developer.
