Ora is a world clock app, in the most literal sense possible. Like any good world clock, it lets you see the time in different locations around the globe; but unlike others, it can show you those times on an actual globe, and you can use Time Travel to see different times. This is especially useful if you work across time zones, or are following events in other time zones; for all those times you might ask questions like “What time is it in New York when it’s 3pm in London?”.

Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: Ora at free with in-app purchases against World Time Clock Master's subscription. Ora also leads on rating (4.9 vs 4.6) and review sentiment (85% vs 67%). World Time Clock Master's advantage is update cadence (fortnightly vs every 2 months) and ratings volume (842 vs 71). On price, ads, in-app purchases and iOS requirement there is nothing between them.

Both are free to download. World Time Clock Master sells 9 in-app purchases, starting at $2.99 per month and Ora sells 3 one-off in-app purchases. Whichever you choose, the download price is not the number that matters.
Ora holds the better App Store score, 4.9 against 4.6. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: World Time Clock Master has 842 ratings behind it against 71, so its average is the more settled of the two. Written reviews point the same way: 67% of World Time Clock Master's written reviews are positive against 85% of Ora's.
World Time Clock Master ships an update fortnightly, Ora every 2 months. The most recent releases landed on November 3, 2026 and November 4, 2026 respectively.
