SnapMind Training is a coach-led weekly system. Pick what you want more of, get a week you can keep, log what happens, and train with a real coach in the app. TODAY It opens on what is planned, what got done and what to log, with a note from your coach. One clear next move. No countdowns, no pressure. PLAN A minute of questions and your first week is ready: movement sessions, recovery resets, focus blocks, reflection. Edit, skip, move, duplicate or shorten anything. When something changes, the plan tells you exactly what moved and why. Nothing is rewritten silently. LOG Workouts, movement, mobility, sleep, recovery, meals and focus. Quick, and it counts: everything you log feeds the week. Food tracking is opt-in at the level you choose, from protein only to full macros, and every estimate is shown before it counts. COMMUNITY Your coach's posts and videos, member wins, questions with clearly labelled replies, a form check when you want one, and a challenge to join. Real names and real people. No anonymous rankings. YOU Your focus, your history, your records, saved videos, your membership and your coach. YOUR COACH Coach Napper, CSCS, Head Trainer at SnapMind and Strength and Conditioning Specialist for University of Miami football, is the first trainer. His beginner programs are free. Choose any SnapMind trainer and their posts, videos and programs follow you. FOR TRAINERS Trainers get a command center on the phone and the laptop: who needs you today, every client and everything they sent, film review, plans for any week, messages and a calendar, plus your own page at usesnapmind.com/t/your-name.
