SPORT-SPECIFIC SKILLS Beyond fitness, train the moves that win games: - Basketball — dribbling, layups, free throws, defensive slides - Football — catches, routes, spirals, explosive starts - Soccer — juggling, wall passes, target shooting, first touch - Baseball — grounders, tee work, base running, soft toss Add your own custom drills for any skill, set, or coach-recommended exercise. GAME-LIKE PROGRESSION Level Up turns training into a system worth coming back to: - Earn XP for every completed drill - Stack daily streaks - Unlock badges — Speed Star, Iron Will, Sky Walker, and more - Choose an athlete title — Hooper, Slugger, Centurion, All-Star - Hit back-to-back combos for bonus XP - Tackle the Daily Mission, rebuilt every day - Take on the Weekly Challenge for a +50 XP boost Coach Bolt — the lightning-bolt mascot — drops contextual tips on the home screen to keep things energetic. BUILT FOR YOUNG ATHLETES Every drill includes simple form cues, warm-up reminders, and clear landing guidance for jumps. The Coach tab lets parents set a daily goal, toggle gamification on or off, or reset progress. NO ACCOUNT. NO TRACKING. NO ADS. Level Up keeps everything on your iPhone.
