CAPFISH Capture - Post Harvest Fisheries Development project is part of the “Cambodia Programme for Sustainable and Inclusive Growth in the Fisheries Sector” (ACA/2019/408-424) and is co-funded by the European Union. Traceability system is also commonly needed for Competent Authorities (CA) of exporting countries. Therefore, UNIDO collaborates with TraceVerified to develop a traceability system to identify the source of the product and to whom it was supplied, i.e., the principle is "one step backwards, one step forwards" (from where and who it comes, what is done with it, whom it is given to). TraceFish is the traceability system built by TraceVerified to ensure that all stakeholders in the supply chain can input and share data throughout the fisheries supply chain. This enables the government, buyers, and consumers to trace all information from the farm to table.
