Portrait Creative Network vs XIKE Freelancer Timer

Portrait connects a vetted community of filmmakers, department heads, funders, distributors, and more. We help creatives showcase work to the people who matter - at the right time, in the right place, without chaos of the inbox or mass social media. - Informing our thinking: LinkedIn was built for resumes. IMDb was built as a database. We think there's a better way. - Every Portrait member receives a portfolio, making it easy to share contact info and creative work with peers. - Portrait is invite-only but free to join. We welcome filmmakers and industry professionals who've had a project at a major festival, on a major media platform, or in theaters. - Industry Pocket Guides: Browse industry attendees, see portfolios of people behind the films, send messages, set meetings, and add senior contacts. See who you know on Portrait via easy phone contact sync. - Industry Partners: We've worked with The Film Collaborative, The Gotham, Brown Girls Doc Mafia, The DPA, The DCA, Dear Producer, Film Fatales and others.

Stop juggling a stopwatch app, a spreadsheet, and a separate invoice tool. XIKE Freelancer Timer does all three — track billable time, send polished invoices, and see where your money actually came from — without ever asking you to create an account. BUILT FOR THE SOLO FREELANCER Whether you're a designer billing hourly, a translator quoting by project, a developer on a long-term retainer, or a consultant juggling six clients in three currencies, XIKE keeps your work day organized and your invoices ready before your client asks twice. YOUR DAY, ON THE CLOCK Tap once to start the timer when you sit down. Live Activity keeps the running session on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island so you don't have to keep checking the app. Forget to stop? Gentle 5-hour and 12-hour reminders catch you before a forgotten session ruins your weekly hours. Stop the timer straight from a Home Screen widget — no app open needed. INVOICES IN UNDER A MINUTE Pull billable hours from any project into a clean, branded PDF invoice. Bill in any currency — USD for one client, EUR for another, INR for the third — without XIKE silently converting rates behind your back. Your IBAN, PayPal, Wise, or any payment instruction is saved once and added to every new invoice. Send it from Mail, Messages, or any sharing app. REPORTS THAT EXPLAIN YOUR MONTH Weekly, monthly, and per-project breakdowns show which clients pay best and where your time really goes. Export CSV for your accountant, share PDF directly with a client, or just check your monthly take at a glance. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No login. No team dashboard. Your business data lives on your device. iCloud sync — entirely optional — runs through your own private iCloud account, never our servers. No analytics, no ads, no third-party trackers.
