It is on by default, uses a separate cooldown for each tracker, and can be set from 1 to 60 seconds or turned off. Optional Count Warnings help with habit building or reduction without blocking a log. Set a maximum for custom rolling hours, rolling 24 hours, or a calendar day, week, or month. Trackalot warns as you approach the maximum, at the limit, and on every tap beyond it across iPhone, widgets, Apple Watch, and Shortcuts. Automatic backups target a four-hour schedule. Trackalot uses iCloud when available, falls back to local storage when needed, keeps the newest 100 backups, and can offer to restore your history when an empty reinstall finds a previous backup.
