Tasks, habits, reminders, lists, and supporting information come together in one clean, flexible experience - without requiring an account. YOUR DAY, MADE CLEAR See today’s habits and relevant tasks in one focused view. Track your daily progress, complete items, and keep moving without navigating through complicated menus. PLAN YOUR WAY Create one-time or recurring tasks, build daily, weekly, or monthly habits, set flexible goals, and arrange everything in the order that works for you. Use group headings, categories, people, and organizations to create a planning system that matches your life. REMINDERS FOR THE RIGHT TIME AND PLACE Create scheduled reminders for tasks and habits, including recurring notifications. Location reminders can notify you when arriving at or leaving a place. Save locations such as Home or Work and reuse them whenever you create another reminder. EXTENSIONS THAT FIT YOUR LIFE Enable only the Extensions you need: • Shopping lists • Read Later lists • Receipts • Warranties • Cards Extensions remain separate from your tasks and habits, while selected lists can also appear at the bottom of Today for quick access. CAPTURE THE FULL CONTEXT Add more than a title. Clearli lets you attach: • Photos from your library • New photos taken with the camera • Files • Clickable links • Voice notes • Written notes Supporting information appears directly inside each item, so the details you need stay close at hand. FASTER SHOPPING LISTS Add several products quickly, include quantities or notes, record a voice note, check off purchased items, and reorder your list with a simple drag. WIDGETS AND SYSTEM INTEGRATION View tasks and habits from Home Screen widgets. Share text from another app into Clearli to start creating a task, and use Siri or Shortcuts to open Clearli directly to the view you need. ENCOURAGEMENT THAT FEELS GOOD Turn on encouragement to receive a different celebratory animation whenever you complete a task or habit. YOUR PRIVACY STAYS YOURS Clearli does not require an account and does not use advertising trackers. Your tasks, habits, recordings, attachments, and personal organization remain stored locally on your device. Location is used only for arrival or departure reminders that you choose to create. Start with what matters today. Build clarity one step at a time.
