Tallite vs InstaJob Client

Tallite app is available for Jobseekers and employers across the world as a global recruitment platform to seamlessly source right jobseekers by the employers either directly or source pre-screened jobseekers through referral agents that provide right jobseekers at lowest cost and at the fast speed compared to any of the electronic sourcing methods.

Both Instajob and Instahire operate on a real-time workforce request system. Employers can post job requests, and students can apply for those requests on the spot. There is no system for pre-booking jobs in advance. Once an employer's request is posted, it is available for students to immediately accept, and the employment relationship begins upon the student's acceptance.
