About

KasMaker

Features

KasMaker is a workout tracker built around a muscle map. Log your sets as you would in any gym log, and an interactive body map fills in — primary and secondary muscles — so you see what you trained, what is still fresh, and what to train next. A free strength training log with 700+ exercises, automatic personal records, supersets, a plate calculator, and a rest timer. With Pro, every set comes filled in with what to lift next, and why. TRACK EVERY MUSCLE Your body map fills in as you log. Every muscle has a weekly set target, and Train Next picks the muscles that are ready and furthest short of it. Tap any muscle for how its week stands, its training history, and top exercises for your equipment. Share your week's map as an image. LOG WORKOUTS YOUR WAY Pick from 700+ exercises with instructions and images. Repeat a past workout in one tap, start from a saved routine, or build from scratch. Step away and come back — your session picks up right where you left off. BUILT FOR THE GYM FLOOR Personal records are caught the moment you log them. The rest timer starts itself when you finish a set. Supersets run back to back, with the timer waiting for the end of the round. Tap Plates on any barbell exercise to see exactly what to load per side. SET TYPES, WARM-UPS & RPE Mark sets as warm-up, drop set, or to failure. A warm-up calculator ramps you to your working weight, and warm-ups never inflate your PRs or recovery. Rate effort (RPE or RIR) to sharpen recovery estimates — off by default. WIDGETS & LIVE ACTIVITY Your muscle map on your home screen, in small and medium sizes. During a workout, the Lock Screen and Dynamic Island show the timer, current exercise, and set progress — and you can complete each set without unlocking your phone. APPLE WATCH Start a workout on your iPhone and it opens on your wrist: the next set, a rest countdown that taps you when it's time, your heart rate, and a Complete Set button. Your watch saves the workout to Apple Health with heart rate and calories, so it counts toward your Activity rings. No watch? Your iPhone can save workouts to Health too. BUILT FOR PRIVACY Your data lives on your device. iCloud sync is optional, and no account is required. No analytics. No tracking. No ads. Ever. SET TARGETS — PRO Every working set comes filled in with what to lift next, worked out from your last session, with the reason on the card: "Up 5 lbs: you hit 8 reps last time." Simple rules you can check: more reps until the top of your range, then more weight; more weight when every set felt easy; last time's numbers while the muscle is still recovering; a lighter restart after weeks away. MUSCLE RECOVERY — PRO Every muscle gets a readiness state — fresh, recovering, or fatigued — from your logged sets, your effort ratings, and each muscle's recovery window, with the hours until it's ready. Muscles that go two weeks without direct work get flagged. SMART TRAINING INSIGHTS — PRO Push/pull balance, recovery status, volume trends, compound-vs-isolation mix, and progressive-overload targets — all from your own data. Free includes your first insight; Pro unlocks all five. PROGRESS CHARTS — PRO Watch weight and estimated 1RM climb over time for every exercise you train. KASMAKER PRO Everything above not marked PRO is free, along with your first insight. KasMaker Pro adds set targets, muscle recovery, progress charts, all five insights, and CSV export of your full history. — Subscription Terms KasMaker Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription (monthly or yearly) or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
