Comate: Smart Monitoring and O&M Platform for Industrial Air Compressor Stations [Product Overview] Comate is a mobile app for industrial enterprises that brings smart monitoring and O&M management of air compressor stations into one place. It covers real-time device monitoring, energy efficiency analysis, alarm handling, and maintenance work orders. Station managers, O&M engineers, and corporate energy managers can use Comate to keep track of every air compressor's operating status, improve energy efficiency, and reduce operating costs. [Key Features] 1. Real-Time Device Monitoring 1. Covers air compressors, measurement and control devices (flow meters, power meters, etc.), and energy efficiency devices 2. Collects operating parameters in real time and refreshes device status every second 3. Shows online, offline, and alarm status at a glance so abnormal devices are easy to find 2. In-Depth Energy Efficiency Analysis 1. Single-unit efficiency: analyzes specific power, air output, and energy consumption for each compressor 2. Station system efficiency: evaluates how efficiently the whole station runs 3. Shows historical data as both charts and tables so energy consumption trends are easy to follow 3. Smart Alarm Notifications 1. Sends instant push notifications for device faults, out-of-range parameters, and disconnections 2. Sorts alarm events by severity and shows pending alarms first 3. Handles each alarm through a closed loop: dispatch, on-site work, acceptance, and review 4. Maintenance Work Order Management 1. Handles the entire workflow online: creation, dispatch, acceptance, on-site work, signature, and review 2. Supports on-site photo uploads and electronic signatures, so every job record can be traced 3. Syncs work order status in real time so all parties can work together smoothly 5. Customer and Organization Management 1. Manages multiple customers and organizational structures 2. Groups devices by customer and keeps permissions separate by organization 3. Uses a customer tree for navigation, so users can quickly change what they're viewing 6. Data Export and Sharing 1. Exports historical data and statistical reports to Excel in one tap 2. Makes it easy to share device operation reports with colleagues or customers 7. Security and Reliability 1. Encrypts account credentials in transit and logs users out automatically when a session times out 2. Keeps data separate based on permissions to protect enterprise data [Who It's For] - Industrial energy managers - Air compressor station O&M engineers and duty operators - Equipment maintenance service providers - Factory equipment administrators - Senior management (for energy efficiency and O&M overviews)
